I was waitlisted for PT school this past cycle and I am struggling with the decision of if I should retake my GRE; I currently have a score of 300 (155/145 unfortunately). I am currently in the process of re-taking classes to boost my pre-req GPA and those are already expensive. If 300 is not competitive enough of a score I will absolutely re-take it, but if re-taking classes is enough I would rather not spend the money. If anyone has any advice on this I would appreciate it!

Don/t retake anything yet. Wait and see if they take you off the waiting list and accept you. If not, then retake whatever you need to strengthen your application for the next cycle.
