So I will be taking the GRE in a couple of months, and I have been taking practice tests to prepare. I was wondering if anyone could give me their experience on how well the practice test scores reflect how you will do on the actual test? I have been scoring on average 165 Verbal and 165 Quantitative.

I took the GRE last year, and had a bunch of Kaplan books and practice tests to prep for it with. I would usually get under 1000 composite score on practice exams, but I wound up getting an 1120 on the real deal. What are you using to prepare?

Kaplan GRE Premier then extra Kaplan test question books. Plus GRE Vocab flashcards.

Im using the GRE revised test workbooks.

The Kaplan Comprehensive Book predicted my score almost exactly (verbal was off by 10 points in the pre-August 2011 scoring). Good luck!
