Hello guys,
Does anyone know what is the minimum GRE score or scores needed for Ortho Residency? There are no clear answers out there.

There is no official GRE minimum across the board for all the programs. UMKC has a minimum 155 verbal score and I remember there was one other school that had published minimums around 150. It is recommended to score above a 150 in the quantitive and verbal sections and 4.0 in the writing. These are purely anecdotal from people who have applied. It’s only a piece of the puzzle when assessing potential applicants so as long as you get an average score and the rest of your application is well rounded then you should be fine.

So right now I'm 150 verbal and 154 Quant.
I wanted to know if I should take it again?

Well what does the rest of your application look like? Class rank? Research? Extracurriculars? Interesting story? If you have a solid rank and well rounded app then I wouldn’t. A study came out in 2019 that assessed predicted ortho resident success depending on different metrics. The average GRE scores were 153 for verbal and quant and a 4.1 for the written section.

Does anyone know a good GRE score for physical therapy school ?
