I am international medical student
I got the GRE but disappointedy, my score is just verb:520 + quant:800🙁

Is it enough to apply for top university's mph program incuding harvard and hopkins?
or should i do the test to get better grade ?

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that the quant is generally more important than the verbal. If you're doing something like community health/health behavior or whatever, maybe a lower verbal wouldn't look as good. But your verbal doesn't even seem that low to me. It's not great, but it seems adequate, esp if you're gonna do something like epi or biostats. I don't know about scholarship requirements, but I've seen schools post their general GRE cutoff scores for admission as 500 verbal and 550 quant, so if that's the case then you seem safe.

Thank you so much, your reply really relief me.
Actually, I will apply for international health part
Is it ok?

your gre score is sick...you should not be discouraged about anything. your gpa is fine and im assuming the rest of your application is good. harvard may be a stretch since i think they require experience, not sure about the international stuff....i think you should have no problem getting in any other program

Also, more than being concerned about how competitive your verbal will be for any specific MPH track--since evidently it's fine--I would focus on writing an articulate SOP. Get someone who's good with the nuances of grammar, etc. to proofread it for you.
