What's considered a competitive GRE score? The programs I'm looking at tend to have quant. averages in the low-to-high 500's (560 or so, some lower ) or mid 600's (620's). I'm studying for the GRE now to take it late next summer or early next fall and am worried it will be a huge dent in my app.
