Congrats to everyone who matched. I was looking for info to help prepare for residency and came across a new website ( http://www.headmirror.com ). Looks like it is still under construction but has a lot of good information including what appears to be the beginning of a 'ENT survival guide'. Anyways, thought everyone might find this useful.
