Is GC of any help as far as fellowships are concerned? I am IMG
 
Green Card will help the creditials are up to par with the rest of the top candidates. If training, research, publications, and USMLE aren't top notch it won't help.
 
My USMLE's 258/245/218. I have 1 publication and 5 presentations all done in my home county while in med school. Just wondering if it counts at all? Currently I am in community IM training program unfortunately.

Appreciate Your help!
