I'm looking for 2 housemates to share a BRAND NEW 5-star quality apartment right in the middle of southport, next to Gold Coast hospital, beginning Mid dec 08 to Jan 09. If the Shangri-la hotel isn't good enough for u then I bet u will like this place.
Central airconditioning. Apartment will be fully furnished and equipped (at my expense) except for your own room. I've also got a full size keyboard with fully weighted keys if u like playing piano.
You'll find all other amenities in the complex such as a large lagoon style heated pool, heated 25m lap pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, several BBQ areas to choose from with plenty of alfresco outdoor space to entertain with, and underground resident and visitor parking.
Apartment is fully secured from the ground up and located on the 20TH FLOOR with excellent sea views, and its breezy in case u're worried of the summer heat. Its also within walking distance to the hospital so u don't have to waste money on petrol, parking or public transport. I repeat, NO driving to school each day, NADA, ZIP, ZERO driving.
The rent is A$210/wk per room. VERY competitive (and infact cheaper) compared to the cramped and noisy student accomodation.
I would like only good-natured housemates, who are not habitual drinkers or smokers, quiet but sociable, friendly and clean.
