At SUNY, gross anatomy covers from heart and lungs upwards, with a focus on the orbit/skull and other structures relating to the eye.

Ours is very detailed too. Systems of the entire body, plus germ layers and fun fun neuro. Of course our ocular anatomy is much more in depth than say, the digestive system.

When I was at Nova, we had Gross Anatomy 1st 1/2 of 1st semester, and Head/Neck the 2nd half. 2nd semester we had Neuroanatomy (brain & spinal cord). I think the only thing we didn't cover in gross was the reproductive system. As far as the lab goes, the dissection was already done & we learned the tagged structures. All sections were covered in depth. Too bad the national boards barely covered it considering the depth you have to study for it.

SCCO goes pretty in-depth too. There are 2 (systemic) anatomy & physiology classes, plus neuro.
