Man, I don't! I want in on the secret too!
I'm not a Californian, but I have thought of this program as a great backup. Do you apply concurrently w/ your med school app (like, maybe your numbers aren't spectacular enough to make you feel confident about getting an acceptance and this is a program you want to do so you apply to med and to the program and then if you get an acceptance to med rescind on the program..assuming you were accepted of course) or do people not get in and then apply?

One secret: Don't waste your time with it. Get a 1 year masters (at least you have womthign valuble that costs the same should you not be accepted into med school)
