Does anyone know anything about how hard it is to get into the GU/GYN fellowships? And what they look for as an applicant? I saw some old information but nothing recent on the forums. Thank you!

Ok, thanks for the info but how about some more specifics? Like what do they look for in an applicant? Does your residency matter? Does LOR matter more? Does you step 2 or 3 score matter? What are they looking for? Do you NEED to have research?
And if it's so competitive, why did one place not match according to the acog website?
