Guide for admission orders

Does anyone know of good PDA programs that give templates of admission orders for different diagnoses? I know there's a thread right now about one such title, but was wondering if anyone else has found a good source.

Current Clinical Strategies for Medicine is a book that does just that. It is updated every year out of UCSF. I think it is in palm format. Im not sure though.
