Anybody know anything about gyn onc? Is it a competitive fellowship? What about lifestyle issues?

Gyn Onc is the most competative OBGyn specialty.
As for lifestyle I would think it would depend on whether you have partners and whether or not you are a workaholic, in an academic setting etc.
