We're working on our first set of wax trial dentures, and I'm so frustrated with bilateral balanced occlusion that I'm about ready to start destroying things. I'm rapidly approaching the point of building my entire career plans around the central pillar of never touching another removable pros case the rest of my life. Complete dentures, from the depths of hell I stab at thee.
LOL Waxing dentures doesn't involve waxing up every tooth. That would be heinous. Waxing a denture means setting plastic denture teeth in wax with the appropriate occlusion and forming the wax to resemble natural gingiva. It is pretty involved, but I am one of those weird people who kind of like it. It's actually sort of relaxing. Melt, set, check occlusion TAP TAP TAP - melt, adjust, check occlusion TAP TAP TAP - repeat.
