technically, he is not a doctor.

he is owner of the pain clinic.

his company cold called people, and convinced them that they needed DME.

he then contacted Redi-doc, and Redi-Doc contacted their doctor employees to do a "consultation". most times, no patient was contacted.

his company used preprinted prescriptions, gave Redi-Doc $$, gave the doc $$ for the "referral".

the DME companies then sent out the brace, and insurance was billed. the DME company then sent money to his company as payment for all the braces etc.

crap like this, makes me so angry, because its commission based medical stuff that breeds fraud
