Had to move step 1 to after 3rd year

Does anyone have any advice about taking step 1 after 3rd year? And when to take step 2?

Also do people study for step 1 during 3rd year rotations or just in dedicated? I had planned to take step 1 this year but with corona, and a lot of things happening in my personal life, I couldn't take it this year.
