check this question out:

In which of the following are the atoms arranged by increasing atomic size?
a) Be<Na<Mg
b) Be<Mg<Na
c) Mg<Na<Be
d) Mg<Be<Na
e) Na<Be<Mg

lets see what you guys say, i think its pretty straight forward to what the answer should be but barron cracks me up sometimes

lets get some more votes please...im about to make barron's a huge joke

yeaaaa so barrons says its A hahahah wut a joke, i found a lot of mistakes in their practice tests its crazy they think college students spending months to study for these tests wont find mistakes like these...

Barrons has about 200 mistakes. Waste of time to get that book unless you want to try to catch them to verify you know the info or to make you feel smart. I liked Kaplan and Topscore MUCH better! Barrons does indeed SUCK!

Um..A is correct and Barron's is right.

Mg is larger than Na according to the Magnesium degradation theory..

The only reason I bought Barron's was for the PAT. When I bought Crack DAT PAT, I practically had a nervous breakdown because I had no idea what I was supposed to do! :scared: But Barron's explained the PAT section really well. I know they've written books for engineering exams with perceptual ability sections.

But I don't think I'm going to bother looking at anything else... feels like a waste of money!
