This is why I always look to the posts of you older guys for Twainesque wisdom. I suspect you guys can identify with your geriatric populations really well and that gives you useful insights when you can remember them. 😀

I did notice that my 10 year was coming up a few weeks ago. I actually remember registering. I was at Kaiser South in Sacramento on a rotation and I was on the EMRA boards. Someone mentioned that SDN was much more active so I checked it out. I recall giving about 4 seconds of thought to my user name. I definitely didn't think I would be using it this long.

And I have just not gotten around to the pic. Haven't found anything good enough yet!
