Handwritten Digital Flashcards

Anyone know of a program or app to be able to handwrite digital flashcards. Essentially Anki but allows me to use my surface pro to write the flashcards and draw on it? I retain the info much better writing rather than typing but don't want to have to carry around handwritten flashcards.

Yea.

You write the "term" and the definition under it, just as you would a flashcard in onenote.

Example:
1st phase of Meiosis 1
------
Prophase 1


Then you screenshot each side separately and paste it into the Front or Back field.
