Some of us are getting ready to compete in ASHP's state-level competitions. In Texas this weekend, we're having the Clinicals Skills and Disease State Management competitions.
We can use our hand-helds for things like Lexi and ePocrates, but we won't have access to the internet for guidelines. Can anyone recommend a single hardcopy guidelines reference to take?
