So what's the hardest thing you've had to memorize in undergrad?
For me, being a microbiology & immunology major, the hardest thing I've had to memorize by far is the number of gene segments, Baltimore classification, shape, and nucleic acid nature of all known virus families and whether or not they were enveloped or had a viral polymerase ready to go, along with a specific example of each family and their means of transmission and life cycle.
This was for a 3rd-year level virology class.
