I'm going to be interviewing at Harvard for the Harvard/MIT HST program. If there are any current HST students or people who have already interviewed at HST, can you please post what type of questions they asked (i.e. let's get to know you or let's grill you on your research). Thanks.

The interviews are very dependent on which faculty meets with you, many of the questions will have to do with the details of your research; some will drill you, others will be more lax. While Harvard advertises no-stress interviews, getting 'challenging' questions is not out of the question, just be prepared to be quick on your feet.

Hope That Helps

thanks indianboy.

r u a current hst student or did u interview there?

HST sounds as good to me as a cattle prod to the a$$. Interesting fact: There are no white male students in this past years HST class. If HST jingles your jangle, enjoy.

Hope That Helps

Thats ok, being diverse doesnt include white people

Whites need minorities to feel "diverse", but minorities dont need whites I guess 🙄

If you knew what the hell you were talking about you would know that all the men in that class are either Asian, Indian, or Middle Eastern. There are no white, black, or hispanic men in the class b/c all of them chose New Pathway.
