hey, I know Harvard's already on the list, but that's why I wanted to post: because I got invited much later than that earlier person (who had 1/16). Maybe we can all hold out hope a little longer than we thought?

Definitely. Alot of schools will be extending invites well into February, and schools where it's the POI's job to call you, well, they do it on their own schedule...maybe we applied to work with a bunch of procrastinators!
