harvard recommendation deadline

Hello,
On the supplemental application for harvard it says that there is a postmark deadline of nov 15th for recommendations. However on their website i recently read something to the effect that apps not complete by the 15th would be evaluated based on what is contained in the file. Can someone who is appliying or has applied there please shed some light on this issue. Thanks.

Two different items.

One, the LOR's need to be postmarked by the 15th.

Two, the online application needs to be submitted before midnight on the 15th or they will just look at what you have in your file.

Just make sure your letters are en route by the 15th and submit your app on time.
