Harvard Waitlist Info....Please Help

hi all: i am new to the sdn...very unfortunate that i did not know about this site earlier...this is my first post and so i hope all you helpful sdners will help me out this one...i am on the harvard waitlist and i was wondering if anyone out there knows anything about the waitllist process...how many are waitlisted, what percentage are accepted off the list, has there been any offers off the list recently, when is the biggest movement, or anything that you might know about this...thanks a lot and hope to hear from all of you...greg

Harvard's waitlist is unranked. when spots open up they review the waitlisters again. so maybe a letter of intent will work in your favor. that's all i know!

Offers in June- 9
Offers in July- 5
Offers in August or September- 0
Total offers after May- 14

So, you can see that HMS doesn't take that many people off the waiting list precisely their yield is so damn high (~65-70%). I would, of course, make yourself known to the commitee and keep communicating just short of becoming annoying!
