does anyone know if you really must send a letter from EVERY research supervisor you've had for harvard? i've been in 3 labs, but only 1 lab research experience has been meaningful. letters from the other 2 wouldn't help me. should i just not bother applying to harvard?

Generally, if a school asks for something, I assume they actually want it. So regardless of whether it "helps" you or not, I think you're probably required to so that they can get as many perspectives on your competency in research as possible-obviously, that's a big deal to a place like Harvard.
