Has anybody who took the exam in april begun studying or are you waiting for your scores...thanks

Hells no! I'm spending all my time praying to the big guy in the sky so that hopefully I never have to study for the MCAT again... 🙂. Oh, and spending time at the beach...when it's not raining (argh!!)

NO Way ! I thought about starting to study, but I can't bring myself to even openning any of my EK books.

Hopefully I score well enough so I never have to look at another MCAT Verbal.

I took the MCAT in April for the second time. I truly hope that I don't have to study anymore for that enoying test. Still, I will start to go over some stuff Monday and continue doing so everyday until I get the score of the April test. Not heavy studying like I did for the actual test, just going over the important concepts.

Is it just me or the stuff that you spent so many hours memorizing and drilling into your head for the MCAT disappeared and left your brain like 7 days after the MCAT. I sit now and completely can't remember any details that I knew by heart for the MCAT. It is just amazing how you can forget things if you're not thinking about them or encountering them somehow. I hope this doesn't happen when I am in medical school and when I am practicing medicine.

I know what you mean about forgetting everything, dmitrinyr. I'm kind of worried about if I have to retake in August because I don't feel like I remember much, but I'm sure it will come back. I was thinking about starting to study this week but I'm going to Europe on Saturday and won't be back until the day after scores get in. So I'll probably just wait until then to study. No need to do pointless studying, so let's all hope we did well enough not to have to retake!

Damn...I keep trying to get myself to start studying for the August MCAT....don't think I did so hot on the April...just been so lazy, no motiviation....oh wellz.....I might try to start tonight....

Nope! I'm never ever ever ever ever ever ever taking that thing again. Well....I hope not at least.😉 Check back in a few weeks to see if I'm eating my words or not.

After the April exam, I told myself I was going to begin studying again in late May. By now, I forgot about the MCAT and I no longer care. My MCAT books are packed up in a box until 2 weeks from now when I will know if I should unpack or sell them. Lets hope it's the latter. In the meantime, I am in self denial that there is such an exam and I prefer to concentrate on my upcoming finals (damn quarter system).

Well, since I can't seem to find a job here in the #$%^ economy, I might as well begin studying for August. I'm with Dimitryr, this was my second time and I really thought that all those extra months studying from last August including the Biochem class I audited in the Fall, would have made a difference.

If I bombed or only went up a little bit I am going to be just so totally bummed. What a nightmare this test is. What a nightmare this economy is .... 😱
