Has anyone created an LOR slot with a blank "Name" field?

Right now I have no LOR slots for anesthesiologists, as I will be requesting my anesthesia letter next week (and plan to have the letter in by 11/1, at the latest).

I've been wondering whether to create a slot that just says "Anesthesiology" (in the Department field) just to reassure programs in the interim (i.e. the next week) that I WILL be submitting a gas letter eventually.

Anyone know if this is possible and/or doesn't seem like a weird thing to do? It will only be one more week until I have a name for the writer of the LOR, so it may not be worth it at this point.

The sooner you have a complete application the better. Why don't you have all this done already? When you finally locate someone, they may take a few weeks to get your letter in. It seems that you're behind the power curve. You need to get this done now.
