Has anyone delayed 3rd year to take step 1 and still did well with matching?

Hey,

this is a bit of a double post, as I've also posted in the "Step1" forum, but started realizing I'm only getting responses from people who haven't actually had to consider this process.
I did do a thorough search of the forum and couldn't find anyone with "hard" experience with this issue.

Has anyone had to delay their first 3rd year rotation for a bit more time to study for step 1? I posted in step 1 category stating I'm somewhere about 190+ I think going into my exam in a couple days.

Will this mess me up for the 2nd rotation of 3rd year, given I skipped my first rotation? Thanks, I figure I should ask the people whose been there done that for some advice. Much appreciated. And to clarify I'm contemplating whether or not to skip my first rotation. Or just take my step 1. I feel I can hit 190+
