Has anyone ever had a role play/acting scenario in a virtual mmi?

I've been trying to prepare for an upcoming virtual mmi and am wondering if anything with an actor comes up in the virtual format. Of course, it's definitely doable logistically, but I imagine pretending as if you're physically there and comforting a difficult patient or something like that would be pretty awkward and/or feel a little silly. Has anyone ever had an acting scenario in a virtual mmi and if so, what was it like?
