Has anyone ever heard of Dr. Ross MCAT?

Well it looks like the perfect MCAT service.. It seems VERY sketchy IMO. It doesn't ever supply Dr. Ross' full name. Testimonials can easily be made up. I would look for actual reviews and more information. Unless it is a new, MCAT tutor company and they are using Craiglist? to market, it doesn't add up to me.

Your test is a month away. Your prep, with the exception of practice FL's should be about done. This guy won't help you; there are other threads on here re: Ross.

Where's the other threads to this? I haven't seen any, can you give me the link(s). Thanks

Has anyone done this? I'm wondering too??

My goal score is a 45...can I have my money back if I score only a 44?

Well, the website has a decent physics equation list, if nothing else.

I think you're mistaken. Doing a forum search on "Ross" will only give you results about the school. Doing a search on Dr. Ross will give you results about the school, this thread, the doctor running for congress and a college dean.

If, however, you meant "re: Rose" instead of "re: Ross," then you are correct: there are other threads on here. These two "tutors" are eerily similar, and I would not be surprised if it is the same con artist. Considering they both make ridiculous claims about score increases, are named Jeff, and have similar fees and programs, I would bet the money SDN saved me on this being the same fraud.

You are correct; I confused the two. Regardless, there are solid methods on here that have proven effective for countless test takers. Neither of these guys, offering the moon and stars, is going to cause miracles.

OMG I was gonna consider taking him, guess now its not a good idea...tying to find a reputable tutor is so difficult!

So, what do you recommend, Pons? My MCAT is June 16th, and I have the content pretty much down. I'm just not sure how to use it. Like, I'll read a question, see the variables, and not realize that they're talking abuot a certain equation. Any advice?

So, Pons, against your wishes I've been working with Dr. Ross. 🙂

We've just completed the Strategy Session #3, and I really see the benefit. Have you spoken with him, Pons? He'll make you a believer.

My scores on VR were really low, but now I've been consistently getting 8's and 9's. I was wasting a lot of time, and now I'm more efficient. I don't always get everything right, but I feel much more confident and I'm skipping the stuff I don't know (which saves a lot of time).

I'll write more on the Dr. Ross link, but I just wanna say that every little bit helps and I think Dr. Ross does a great job.👍

No-name random internet scam 2 threads on the front page all of a sudden?
