If anyone has any info on how easy/hard it is to transfer schools, I would greatly appreciate it. I am a 2nd year now and will need to transfer after the spring semester. Should I wait till after the boards? I am looking to transfer to the California school.

I'm not sure this is very feasible. I have heard rumors that a few programs allow tranfers between their institutions but I'm not sure. We had a guy at DMU who "transferred" from Scholl because he needed to be closer to a sick family member but I believe he had to redo a year and this was an acception to the rule. I'd call Cali and talk with them as well as speak with the school that you currently attend to see if it is even a possibility.

no, actually i am doing quite well. I have a sick family member, and I was just exploring my options. I was thinking if I waited till after the boards I would be on a level playing field. I appreciate your input.
