I only interviewed about 7 days ago but am starting to feel nervous and worried because I haven't heard anything yet, so just wondering If any one who interviewed last week has heard anything??

what are your stats

My application is on hold at PCO until my final transcript from my graduating university is in.

I interviewed 9/30 and heard back on 10/3.

It's still way early though, give it one more week.

My stats are borderline.
So I called and asked them and that's exactly what she said that my application is on hold until they get my midterm grades..

i just got a letter in the mail, saying that i am on hold for my fall quarter grades. i'm so confused because the lady on the phone said that they only wanted my midterm grades. so I dont know wtf to follow. and I cant email them about it because then they will get annoyed or something...did anyone else get a letter like this/

i would take anything that comes as an official letter in your hand as gold. Something that an admissions secretary tells you in a phone call isn't worth anything. I know it sucks, but they could have rejected you outright. At least this way you can have a chance. They may even tell you after the fall semester is over that you have to wait until after spring term too. At this point, just focus on finishing school. It's really your only option unfortunately.

ya, i highly doubt they will give you a decision only after your midterm marks since sometimes students ace their midterms but still end up with C's and if the classes are curved they have no way of verifying the actual grade until they get your transcript.

i agree. because I could ace a mt and fail the course, vice versa. but i'm not the only one who was told they were on hold for fall midterm grades. So I want to email admissions? would that be a bad idea?

Im just preparing myself to apply again next year. 🙁

So apparently I heard back from PCO too. 3 different things on 3 different days.

I agree. Rely on what the letter says. Like the others, I highly doubt they would re-evaluate with midterm grades. The secretary may have just been confused, or there may have been some mis-communication somewhere along the line.
