I was doing so but it asked me to choose the schools that I want the score sent to, and right now I'm not sure. Do I have to pick 15 schools right now, or can I do so later? And does it cost more the more schools you pick?

It costs more the more schools you pick. Just check if the schools you want to go to are in PharmCAS, if they are you only need to send one score to PharmCAS

So I don't need to choose all the schools I want to apply to, just one?

Some schools are not in PharmCAS, so you need to submit to those schools individually. Do your research and determine which schools you are interested in.
