I interviewed at Einstein last year. The day was very relaxed - more so than most of my interviews. I had to take some shuttle to some other hospital for it but it was a free shuttle and fairly obvious. Also staying with a student the night before was well worth it as I thought the AE students were some of the nicest. They are not the slickest or best organised in their presentations/interview day but they are some of the more flexible in my experience. Try looking at the interview feedback on this site.
