Has anyone taken a test at Prometric Test Center in Puyallup, Washington?
I am going to to take MCAT there soon, and I was wondering if you could share with me

1) how was the screen resolution (e.g. 1024x768, 800x600, ...)?
2) were you allowed to bring in your ear plugs on the test day, or did you have to leave them there ahead of time?
3) how were the testing environment (#people, light, noise, etc...)?

Thanks in advance!

I took step iii there about 5 years ago. Iirc, they gave me ear plugs. I thought the environment was fine, but i'm not too picky. The center was pretty small, only about 20 stations. Good luck.

You can call up the testing center and ask to check it out. The testing center should be happy to let you drop by, assuming a test isn't going on at the moment, which is why you should call to schedule a visit.
