Personally, I'd stick with First-Aid.

Waste of time, and I went to TCOM (2006 graduate). Do it if they make you, but overall, it is ******ed.

I wouldn't use it to study for boards. YMMV.

IMHO, it's an attempt to apply computer technology to an application wholly unsuited for computer technology.
