They were suppose to get my transcript today or last Friday. I think they are probably just swamped with transcripts coming in from the thousands of applicants and haven't had time to update. Hopefully within the next week it will show as received and we can all get verified before the 24th.

I called AADSAS today. They said the transcript is probably received but they have been swamped and so will probably take few days to update...
My school couriered my transcript and was received by AADSAS on June 3 (according to DHL tracking service).

You people need to relax about making the June 23rd batch date and so on. Schools merely collect applications during June and July and don't start reviewing them until August.

I know this for sure as I have spoken to Admissions Officers at various schools. This is the time of the year they term the "slow time" and when most officers take their vacations. Trust me, the last thing on their minds right now are sifting through thousands of applications.

Just make sure your application is received by August.

There shouldn't be judgement on people who want to get in the first batch. Who knows, they might review them by the batches they receive? Being a reapplicant, it's been a long time coming, and I'm sure all of us just want to get everything right. So it's ok to freak out and be on top of the status of your application.

I made a HUGE mistake last year with some technical/logistics difficulties that delayed my application until October, even though I submitted in July, and took my DATs in August. Well, long story short, my request for my DATs did not go through to schools in August, and I was contacted by a school in October that they have not received my scores. My request never went through even though ADA charged my credit card, so I submitted them again after talking to ADA. Once the schools got my DAT scores, I received 4 Spring interviews in November/December. I obviously did not get accepted anywhere, hence I am reapplying. But sometimes I sit and wonder if I would be in dental school by now if I had my application in earlier and was on top of everything about transcripts, DATs, LOEs, secondaries, fees, etc.

Anyways, hope everyone gets their transcripts in no problem and your undergrads did not make any errors in sending them.

That's what happened to me too! My application was actually rejected because my DAT scores didn't make it to the school by the deadline 🙁

Sent my transcripts on 6/1 and just checked AADSAS and says it was received 6/10. I checked all weekend to see if it was received but I guess even when they receive it they don't update AADSAS for several days.

Sent mine to AADSAS+TMDSAS on 6/3 via my schools and 3/4 of my transcripts were received on 13th.

I think the delay has to do with (at least for me) the school in part, but mostly AADSAS as in it looks like it's taking a few days to process.

Wow, same thing happened to me... checked AADSAS this morning and nothing new. So I went to school to put in another order for a transcript... $5... went home, and suddenly the transcript was received Just happy they received it! Still waiting for my last one 🙂

(1) The matching form wasn't attached
(2) Something was wrong with the matching form

I'm from Canada too. I delivered my matching form to school on 6/1. School sent it on 6/6 and it was received by AADSAS on 6/13, so I guess rotational strike doesn't really affect us that much. 😀

They must not process them in the order they receive them, because mine was signed for on 6/2 and it's still not on AADSAS. Or maybe it got lost. I had another one sent blah. Frustrating

I'm in the same boat!! my transcript was signed on 6/3 but it's still not up on AADSAS as received! I called them yesterday and the lady who answered said that they do not process them in the order they receive them and that they don't lose them that easily so she told me to give it more days!

🙁 so frustrating!!! how many more days do they need anyways? and I am sure the matching form was filled out perfectly and was attached to my transcript sent!!

I would definitely re-send them ASAP. But again, I was told 7-10 days, so keep checking, and hopefully you'll see the transcripts show up from the first time you sent 'em!

It's okay everyone 🙂 I sent my CC transcript 6/2. I know they received it in less than 5 days. But they didn't update the status until yesterday (6/14). Yesterday, I was in your shoes... I went to my community college to request another transcript to be sent ($5), and when I got home... lo and behold, the transcript was updated as received. Thank goodness it was only $5. AADSAS just takes a long time to get these things into the system. I noticed it takes longer for Community college transcripts to be posted as well. I'm still waiting on my last transcript from another CC, but they did not send out this transcript until 6/9. I'm going to give it a week before I get worried. Also you should note that I did not include any matching forms to any of my transcripts. AADSAS told me that if I did this, it would just take a few more days to process because they themselves would have to create a matching form for the transcripts.

To quote " most likely it's sent to another office in this building that isn't Aadsas related so it would be ur best bet to resend them again" I take it as it's lost...

What I dont get is how ppl who sent their transcripts after me have it received already ...Im paying thousands of dollars to these ppl n they have no consideration for my time n money...I really wish I could fly down there n give them a piece of my mind but then again I'm 3 grand in debt already 🙂 I love this!!! (sarcasm applied)

That's so bull man! I wish my school was as efficient as yours. I bet my school lagged on delivery and AADSAS lost my stuff. They told me to resend, but I'm HOPING that by the end of the week I have a definitive answer. I think the west-coast is getting boned because you're one of the few that I know of that has their transcript in. A bunch of my friends at my school applying to D-school as well have not had their transcript in yet.

On a separate note...I sent my LoEs into AADSAS through interfolio but they haven't come in yet. Sent out 6/3. Hopefully someone can relate!

I love all the stories of people not seeing transcripts received, then going to mail 'em out once again, and then coming home to find they have been received. I checked at 9:15AM this morning, nothing there, so I decided to re-send, since I had sent all 3 on 6/2 and only 2/3 had shown up. Anyway, just got home to realize all three transcripts are in now. my school doesn't charge for transcripts, so 5-30$ saved! but still an hour out of DAT study time...lame

i sent it through usps express mail so it could get there the next day since i live in cali...i had a person sign for it...it was signed for by the same person who also signed for my LOE and my LOE was entered last week...but my transcript has still not shown up yet...i have no idea how they can misplace a transcript that has a specific address on it...i dunno i dont believe that story either...im getting very frustrated at the whole thing...i resent it again yesterday express mail $20 for the whole thing...n now im playing the waiting game again...

I just called dhl.

They said Boston is where there hub is but it was actually delivered in Watertown and they are doing it correctly.
It just shows up as Boston because that's where there closest center to Watertown is and a person from that center went to deliver the transcript to AADSAS...
