Has anyone's transcript been received by aadsas?

For those on the west coast, I just received mine 06/15/2011, and submitted 06/1/2011 (with my schools expedited service). Found out on 06/16/2011. I think the rep at AADSAS said it takes 5-7 business days for them to say if it's been submitted or not. I think yesterday was cutting it close to 7 business days for me.

after calling twice today and emailing over the last week it finally showed up on my application.

They said Boston is where there hub is but it was actually delivered in Watertown and they are doing it correctly.
It just shows up as Boston because that's where there closest center to Watertown is and a person from that center went to deliver the transcript to AADSAS...

mine has JUST been updated. thank god! now i go chase down some LOR's
 
I was a little worried but I try really hard to be patient about these things. I sent my transcript 6/7 on Tuesday and the mail probably got there 6/10 Friday. Since people have been sending it earlier and still not updated, I thought I'd give them a few more days. It just got updated a few minutes ago at 4:20 PM Eastern time that it was received 6/15!

I sent mine 6/3 n it's still not received ...this is annoying how come they arent doing in the order they receive
 
Mine finally showed up today!! FINALLY!

But I have already ordered a new one and it was sent this week and I am shocked to see that under my transcript status..
I now have two lines from the same university and both said received!

So I'm guessing they received the first one (that was supposedly signed for on June 3rd) and also received the second one (which was identical to the first one that was just sent this week). Funny thing is that they were both received TODAY..even though one was sent only this week and the other one was sent like almost two weeks ago!

Now I just hope they won't get confused receiving the same transcript twice! But I'm guessing this probably happens alot since ppl such as myself panic and have the university send a second transcript over!😳

mine is still not recieved n it was signed for on 6/6...i sent an email to the supervisor...this is so unfair stupid aadsas

If I were you, I would request another transcript from your school and send it again!! Just in case!!
Hopefully your school's transcript isn't as pricy as mine- 30 bucks!! 👎

totally with you on the unfair thing though! but hopefully when you sign in tomorrow, it will magically be there as received~! but yeah..send another one just in case!! good luck!!!

yah i resent it yesterday n it got delivered today...express mailed it again. the transcript itself didnt cost anything but the express mail was $20 =/ thank you n goodluck to u as well in this whole process =)
 
My last transcript was finally recieved yesterday! yay! It was from a CC in Las Vegas and sent 6-2

Transcript 1 was received 6/8. Transcript 2 6/13.

It's happened before to some friends, but they were smart to send multiple transcripts out. Just be careful that AADSAS isn't perfect. I was trippin balls a couple of days ago because I thought they lost my transcript. I would have rushed another in, and the downside is that if they ever did lose it, it's like 2 weeks more you have to wait.
 
I put mine in certified mail and tipped the postal clerk as well. My transcripts better flippin make it soon!

They lost mine ...n now r searching for it because I made it a huge issue n I'm on their case since mine got there on the 7th n it's still not in. I also sent another one just in case they dont find one at all but I'm not going down without a fight...it's unfair to applicants who pay do everything possible to get their transcripts in on time n then they lose it...

+1. never give up without a fight! i definitely do understand what you mean, how unfair it can get. but stick with it!🙂
 
Sent 3 transcripts June 1st. 2 were received on 6/8, and the third one still has not been received. Sent the third transcript again last wednesday. Still not recieved. 🙁

last transcript just updated today. i hope verifying the gpas doesnt take long.
 
My 4-year university's transcript was sent out on 6/2 and still has yet to be received. Meanwhile, my CC's transcript that got sent the day later got there on 6/8.

I am hoping they haven't lost it!
 
My transcript was sent out on the 9th and my aadsas ap still says that no info is available. I called today and they said I'm in the "normal range" for the allotted processing time so I should give it a couple more days. :annoyed:
 
My transcripts were sent out on 6/6 and they just showed up on my application this afternoon.

"AADSAS will starting delivering applications at the end of June and it will be
on a rolling basis after that - deliveries every week."

They received my transcript on 6/15 and my GPA was verified today. So it probably only takes 4-6 weeks if you sent it in real late like it says on the AADSAS site (my guess).
 
This is so random. Some people sent in theirs later than mine and AADSAS already received it. But the transcript that I sent in with next day air showed up couple days later.

So I went back to the transcript office again and sent in with next day air so hopefully, they will receive it at the end of this week or early next week (maybe my previous ones will be received before that).

It kind of sucks that I did everything I can to send in the application on June 1st and like this happens and I may not be on first batch of apps. I am crossing my finger for the best.

Thanks for the response. Did you or anyone whose had their GPA verified receive an email saying they will be sent within the "first batch"?
 
I didn't receive an email saying that even though my GPA was verified. However, my application is not complete yet because AADSAS still hasn't received my DAT scores even though I took it September 2010.
 
All my transcripts has been received. My last transcript was sent out 6/9. AADSAS received it on 6/15. My GPA has not been calculated yet. I did not use any matching forms for any of my transcripts.

Four evaluation letters were sent out 6/2 from interfolio. They received 3 on 6/9 and probably lost the fourth one. The fourth one is still missing. I paid to send another fourth one out on Friday 🙂

I took my DAT on 6/1/11. They receive my scores 6/17/11. (Edit: I did not pay ADA to get my scores sent)

also, if possible, i'd give it some time before resending out your transcripts. if everybody were to send out double of everything, that would definitely hold up the updating process for sure. i would give it 10 business days, if nothing, then resend. just a suggestion.
 
YAY GPA is calculated today!!!! :banana: and it is a little higher than I expected 🙂

I called the rep and they've said that its 5-7 business days from the moment it's sent to the processing center, so if you know when it's been sent to the processing center via mail carrier, DHL, or whatever, then just count down. If you're worried, I wouldn't hesitate to submit another one, because if they did lose your transcript, you're losing out in weeks.

Transcripts sent out 6/8 finally showed up today. A bit longer than 7 business days so the 5-7 days is not a real rule. Just goes to show that it really depends and there is not magical countdown system to know precisely when updates are posted. However, if it did not get updated this week, I would have had to reorder though.

Again, if duplicates were sent out by EVERYBODY, then update times can be expected to take much longer. Please give it some time before reseeding.

GPA has just been verified. My transcripts were marked received 6/10 and 6/15 and just got the email today. 6/21. Took about 4 business days. Also my GPA is a little bit higher than when I calculated it. I must've made some calculation errors or AADSAS does some kind of weird rounding, I don't know. But I'm happy.

we didnt make any errors... aadsas is helping us out cause we are special lol :clap:
 
GPA was verified today but it was wrong 😡, so I had to call to get this fixed.

MAKE SURE YALL CHECK THAT THE GPA IS CORRECT AFTER CALCULATED!!
 
Will ur AADSAS only update that theyve received the transcripts only if you have already e-submitted?
 
transcript still hasnt shown up...i guess i can kiss making the first batch goodbye =(

spoke to the supervisor yesterday and he said it will take 24-48 hours to enter it as received...n then he will push to express verify my gpa's... CROSSING MY FINGERS to atleast make the second batch =/ im super bummed i sent my transcript out 6/3!!!!!!! =(
 
I sent them out the first week and they are neither recieved nor verified yet. FML

Did you try calling them to see what's up? Sometimes they lose things... like my evaluation letter that I had to resend 🙂
