Okay, so I am the depressing pre-med who previously posted that I think long wait = rejection or something to that effect.

Well, I just wanted to retract that b/c I just got an invite from one of those schools I hadn't heard from in approx. 3 months. And so, I just wanted everyone out there who are waiting/withering on a vine/neurotically checking their mailboxes to have hope!!!

Thanks for the encouragement.... I'll need it trying to convince someone in the ivys that it is worth their time to admit someone who is used to going to school with people from the UP (upper peninsula for all of you non-michiganders).
