Have programs already submitted their rank lists or do we submit first?

Both applicants and programs have the same deadline. While it is possible that programs may have certified their ROL's already, they can still be edited up until 2/25/09.

Rank order list certification deadline---February 25, 2009
Applicants and programs must certify their rank order lists by 9:00 p.m. eastern time.

Have programs already submitted their rank lists or do we submit first?

As mentioned above, it's the same time, and can be changed until that date. However certainly a number of programs have already sent out emails indicating that their lists have been finalized. Others were still interviewing into the first week of February. So everyone is on their own timeline until 2/25.
