Is a 23.5 inch head for a 5'10.5'' 170lbs male considered large? I hope I'm healthy

This puts you in the 93rd percentile for head circumference for adult males of your height. Since head circumference correlates with height, your main recourse is to move to an area with taller individuals so your deformity will be less obvious. I recommend the Netherlands.
