Headshots for Interviews

I have my first interview next week and they want me to upload a headshot before the interview. I have one that I use at work, and I'm wearing a nice blouse but the blouse is sleeveless. The photo is only taken from the chest up. Should I take a new headshot with my arms covered or should I be fine as is?

Put on a jacket and smile!
Have a friend take it with their phone. A plain background is preferred.

I applied for 24-25 but interviewing for 23-24 since I said I would be ok for it on their secondary!
