Health Policy Rotations for Medical Students

Does anyone know of any opportunities for 4th year med students to take a survey course in health policy. I'm trying to find out a way to get my feet wet before residency. Though I'd like to get an MPH one day, I want to work in the field for a while so I have something to bring to the table.

If there is an opportunity for us, has anyone gotten credit for the program or does it need to be completed in our down time?
