health professions loans?

I know there is a type of loan called "National Health Professions Student Something." I have heard that you must have your parents info to apply for this loan. Is this the only loan that requires parental information? If so, what is the max one can get for this loan?

Never heard of that loan. There is such a thing as the National Health Service Corps which is a scholarship program, not a loan.
