Is Medical Transcirptioning and Medical Tourism a factor affecting Healthcare Crisis or just a part of globalization?

Second, if you're writing a paper about something you might want to do enough research on your topic that you can ask some more concise questions.

I will take a stab in the spirit of helpfulness. No, medical tourism is a negligible part of the healthcare crisis. If you were trying for “medical transcription” in the first part it has nothing to do with medical tourism, the healthcare crisis or globalization save that some transcriptionists are employed overseas.
