heat capacity and conduction relationship

so as conduction increases does heat capacity decrease??
according to TBR the greater the amount of energy required to increase the vibrational energy of a substance (worse conductor?), the greater its heat capacity.

Heat Capacity:

Amount of E required to increase the temperature by one degree Celcius.

If we need a lot of E, as is implied by a high heat Cap, wouldn't the object be a worse conductor?

Good conductors allow the flow of E easily compared to bad ones.
