But seriously, I just got my grades for my final semester before I apply back. I got a B- in Genetics.

Honestly, I'm just really scared. I thought I would be such a strong applicant when I was in freshman year, and now this... On top of the bad grade, I already have a C in Ochem II. My cGPA is a 3.45.

I was just hoping for.... Some comfort, I guess? I know some of you might take this as a meme, but please know I'm genuinely scared about if I'm getting in or not, I'd love to hear stories of people with similar situations who got in to ease my mind..

One class not gonna make the difference for you, unless it's a prereq with less than a C. Your GPA isn't great but doable. Focus on whateevr classes you have left and on kiling it on the DAT and your GPA won't be an issue

GPA needs to go up. Its average....Ace the DAT then you won't have to worry.

more importantly, whats you sGPA(matters much more)

A 3.45 is hardly an application death sentence. Do well on your DAT, continue to improve your overall app, and you should get interviews.

I got 2 acceptances with a 3.3 cGPA and a downward trend, non URM from Cali also. For the non try hard mortals, bad grades happen. Don't sweat it.
