HELP....about fructose in sucrose ???

    hey..can anyone help me...??
    we all know the structure of fructose but when we write it in the sucrose structure it is flipped over....won't that change it from
    beta , D, fructose ---> beta , L , fructose ???

    heeeeeeeeellllllllp ???

    These questions can be answered by a professor at your medical school. If you're really serious you'll quit posting these questions here and hit the library or somethin.
