4th year DO here did not match psychiatry in this years match and completing a transitional year at a hospital with no psych program. Low Comlex 1, much improved comlex 2, and decent step 2 score. Only had one psych letter last year due to having chose the specialty late. Other than getting more letters, taking level 3, and revamping my personal statement, anyone have any ideas of how to improve my chances of matching next year? Thx
